Take Exit 19 (Kingston) off the New York State Thruway. Exit toll booth and make a right onto traffic circle. Take the 3rd exit off traffic circle onto Route 587 (Colonel Chandler Drive). Go to the end of 587, approximately 2 miles. At traffic light, make a right onto Albany Avenue. At 2nd light make a right onto Clinton Avenue. Make first left onto Main Street, about 2 block off Clinton. Entrance to UCOB parking lot is first left on Main Street between Clinton Avenue and Fair Street.
