Available to those with physical and financial need. These services include the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program, a uniform program of case management, non-medical in-home services, non-institutional respite and ancillary services, such as lifeline and safe return bracelets, for the elderly who need long term care but are not eligible for Medicaid.
