Pound (Laid on the Last Assessment Made by the Assessors for Said County) by the Kings Majesties Justices of The Peace for said County Assigned To Discharge Said Town Mannor and Jurisdictions Quota Laid by the Justices Aforesaid the fifteenth Day Feb(?) Anno Domini 1734/5 by Virtue of an Act of Generall Assembly Entitled an Act to Enable the Justices of the Peace in Ulster County To build A Court House and Goal for the Said County An Also an Act Entitled an Act for the better Explaining and More Effectuall Putting in Execution the Act of Generall Assembly Therein Mentioned (?): Viz:
