This Indenture made this 6th day of January Anno Dom one thousand seaven hundred and Six and in the fifth yeare of the Reigne of our Sovraigne Lady Anne by the grace of god of England Scotland France and Ireland queen defender of the faith xo Between John Cock : Esqr Live: Thomas Hall and Live: Gysbert Crom all of the towne of Marbletown in the County of Ulster in the province of New York in America of the one part and Capt: Thomas Garton of the same place Capt: Richard Brodhead of the same place and William Nottingham Esqr of the town of Kingston in the County of Ulster of the other part: Whereas her most sacred Majestie by her Royal Lotts patents under the broade Seale of the province of New York beareing date the twenty fifth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seaven hundred and three and in the Second Yeare of her Said Majasties Reigne, Did for the Consideracons therein Mentioned give grant Rattifie and Confirme unto Coll: Henry Beekman Capt: Thomas Garton and Capt Charles Brodhead theire heirs & assigns for ever (Illegible………Page Break) beginning at the bounds Established and Laid out by the Comissioners appointed by Coll: Lovelace Governor of the said province of New York in the yeare of our Lord one thousand six hun dred Sixty and nine Between the said Towne of Marbletown and the town of horly In said County of Ulster thence Running Southwest to the Northwest bounds of the paltz thence a long the northwest bounds of the paltz to Capt John Evans his land thence along the northwest bounds of the Said Capt John Evans his land till opposite to the Southwest Side of Jan VanCamps Land thence with a Northwest Line to the great Mountains Commonly Called the Blew hills Thence Northwest Something Northerly along the said hills So Farr as to Run a Southeast Line to the place where first begunn and then by the Said Southeast Line to the place where first begun. Together with all houses Edifi Buildings Erections and Improvements by the freeholders and Inhabitants of Aforesaid Made Erected and Sett up upon the said tract or parcel of Land x premises so or any part or parcell there of and all woods underwoods trees and timber standing- growing or Renewing in or upon the said tract or parcel of Land aforesd or any part or parcel there of and also all fields pastures meadows marshes Swamps pools ponds waters water courses Rivers Streams Runns and brooks with free Liberty x Lywnse to fish foule hawke x hunt within the bounds and Limitts aforesaid as also all
