We Joseph Hasbrouck, Josiah Hollester and John Dewitt Commissioners of common Schools for the Town of Marbletown in the County of Ulster in pursuance of an act of the Legislature of the State of New York passed that 19th of June 1812 entitled "an act for the establishment of Common Schools" have divided the Said Town of Marbletown into fourteen School Districts and Distinguished then by Names and Numbers as are Severally Hereafter Described VIZ.
Kyseryck School District Number one is bounded as follows Beginning on the bounds of Rochester on the Northeast side of the Rondout Kill, then on Said Bounds Northwesterly till opposite Abraham Sahler's House, then Northeasterly so as to include Elias Vankeuvan, then Southeasterly so as to include John Sluyter to the Public High- way, there Easterly so as to include David Has- broucks to the Rondout Kill, then Southwesterly so as to include Joseph Hasbrouck to the Rochester bounds and then to the place of Beginning.
Clove School district Number Two. is bounded Beginning at the Kyserike bridge and extending Southeasterly so as to include Corne- lius Davenport, Thomas Seely, Daniel Carney, Jacobus Elmendorf Jun. to the bounds of New Paltz then along the bounds of the Paltz to the bounds of Rochester then along the bounds of Rochester to the Rondout Kill then down the Same to the place of beginning.
Coxing School district Number three is bound ed Beginning on the Northeasterly bounds of the Farmers of Joseph Hasbrouck by the Rondout Kill and runs along said Hasbrouck bounds to the Clove road. Then Southerly along said road to
