Archives Gallery:
The hallway outside the Clerk's Office on the 2nd floor of the County Building is now a gallery hosting three archival exhibits annually.
Access Statistics: Since 2006, over 1500 researchers have accessed over 18,000 records from the Archives
Facebook: The Clerk's Office is now on facebook
Persen House: Summer interns from the Clerk's Office, volunteers from SUNY New Paltz and Ulster County Museums and Historical Societies are transforming the house into a Museum and Cultural Heritage Center.
Enhanced Data: Occupations are now in the 1905 Census Database. Vital family information from Naturalization Petitions is now in the Naturalization Record Collection database. Dutch Record translations are now text searchable.
Library Initiative: Archive Gallery exhibits are being reformatted to fit public libraries with displays in libraries from Saugerties to Plattekill.
Records Donation Program: The program continues with new donations ranging from Village of Kingston Minute Books to artifacts discovered in Glasco.
