WIC Clinic Schedule 845-883-5259

WIC provides food vouchers, health counseling and education to qualifying pregnant and nursing women, infants and children under age 5. Eligibility is evaluated by three components:
  1. Applicants must live in New York State.
  2. Applicants must meet the federal eligibility requirements.
  3. Applicants must have a nutritional risk factor determined by the WIC staff.
