Cerebral Palsy of Services: The agency offers a variety of services for children, adults, and their families designed to assist each person in achieving the greatest level of function and independence, as well as providing education to families, other professionals, etc. Clinical services include evaluation and treatment by licensed therapists. Services are provided to individuals with a wide range of disabilities (including, but not limited to, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, speech & language disabilities, stroke, traumatic brain injury, hearing impairment, etc.). Specialty Areas: Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, clinical consultation services, neurology, psychology, social work, home service program, residential programs (including Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF), Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA), including apartment living, and a Children’s Residence), individual support services, intensive supported work program, community case management services, waiver services, assistive technology, adult day treatment program, early intervention program, special education programs, including related services, an integrated pre-school program, and a school-age program,. Payment for Services: A not-for-profit agency, requests for service may be made by any individual, as well as by professional referral. While services are provided on a fee basis, no individual has ever been denied services because of an inability to pay. Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance accepted.
