Services: The Ulster County Mental Health Department is licensed by the NYS Office of Mental Health to operate outpatient mental health clinic treatment programs that provide mental health treatment services for adults, children and families. Individual, group and family treatment modalities are available. Specialty Areas: Adults with serious and persistent mental illness, children with serious emotional disturbances, special groups.
