JOB VACANCY: Veterans Service Van Driver (Permanent, Less than Half Time, Non-Benefited, Non-Competitive Class) LOCATION: SALARY: $14.67 Per Hour FILL DATE: Continuous Recruitment to the End of the Year. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: This is manual work involving the operation of a van or station wagon in the transportation of patients to health care facilities for scheduled treatment. The work is performed according to general instructions with considerable leeway allowed in carrying out the details of the work. Does related work as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Possession of a valid New York State Class V Operator's License.
If college or university education is indicated; transcripts are required and should be attached to all applications received. A candidate lacking the required transcripts will receive a conditional approval pending the receipt of transcripts.
