The Ulster County Transportation Council’s Policy Committee is the final MPO policy and decision-making authority comprised of chief elected municipal officials from urbanized and non-urbanized areas throughout Ulster County. The Ulster County Executive serves as Chair of the UCTC Policy Committee. The voting members of the Council have agreed to act by "consensus". [Consensus is defined as unanimity of affected parties]
