Barbara Santoro, Chair of the Economic Development Committee announces a free seminar on "Site Plan Review" on Tuesday, April 29^th from 7:00PM to 9:30PM at the Ulster County Office Building, Legislative Chambers, in Kingston.

After a discussion of the legal basis for site plan review, the audience will participate in various aspects of the review process using real applications. Facilitators for the seminar include Herbert Hekler, Director, and Dennis Doyle, Principal Planner, from the Ulster County Planning Department.
