The report will explore the roles of housing providers and regulators, assess community acceptance issues, and most importantly, develop a responsive action plan that results in establishing a healthy housing mix within Ulster County. The Ulster County Housing Consortium has coordinating responsibilities for the report while the administrative responsibilities rest with the Ulster County Planning Board. Funding is being provided by a grant from Governor Pataki’s Office of Small Cities (GOSC) and the Ulster County Planning Board.
