FROM: ULSTER COUNTY OFFICE DATE: April 28, 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE APRIL 28, 2005 Office For The Aging Offering Free Seminar Alice Tipp, Chairman of the General Services/Community Services Committee and Kathryn Puglisi, Director of the Ulster County Office for the Aging, jointly announce an open workshop on Monday, May 2, 2005 regarding Health Care Proxies, Living Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney. The free seminar will take place at the Central Hudson Community Room off Rte 28 in Kingston, New York. Office for the Aging Attorney Louis Klein will be in attendance to help go over the appropriate preparation and use of health care directives and will be available to answer questions as well.
