The STOP-DWI Program seeks to reduce the incidence of drunk and/or drugged driving deaths and personal injury crashes. The program is funded with fines paid by those convicted of DWI/DWAI/DWAID. No tax dollars are used. STOP-DWI funds a variety of initiatives, including:
DWI Impact PanelPhone: 845-340-3448 The DWI Impact Panel seeks to reduce the recidivist
rate of those driving drunk or drugged. It also gives the victims an
outlet for the pain they have endured and the ability to reach out to
offenders in hopes they will not repeat. |
