Traffic Safety Initiatives

The Sheriff remains committed to the safety of Ulster County's highway users by participating in several programs designed to improve safety. Those programs include STOP DWI, Buckle Up NY, and educational awareness programs.

In addition, several members are certified as Child Safety Seat Technicians to provide Safety Seat inspections and installation instruction to parents.
