Access Overview
The Subscriber Access Service provides direct computer access to a vast database of public information. This service enables the general public to dial into Ulster County's computer system and browse through selected information from the on-line data files. Subscribers enjoy the convenience of dialing into the County's computer from their homes or offices, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Previously, an individual had to travel to the County Office Building to use a public access terminal. To arrange for Subscriber Access Service, please contact our Customer Support line at (845) 334-5381 or click here to view and/or print a copy of our Subscriber Access Agreement. Fees include a $33.33/month (for less than 2400 transactions) and $44.55/month (for greater than 2400 transactions). Information Services Days and Hours of Operation Subscribers can access the on-line database system, every day of the week, 24 hours a day, with the following exceptions: The Customer Support Representatives provide phone support for questions and problems. Customer Support can be reached at (845) 334-5381. Coverage is available Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding county holidays. About Subscriber Access Service In today's marketplace, businesses must use every conceivable and affordable information resource available to them. It's a matter of survival. It's called Subscriber Access. Introduced in 1990, this unique service has provided citizens and businesses in Ulster County and elsewhere with cost-effective and easy access to a wide spectrum of public information. From your home or office, you can access information on business certificates, court and public records, deeds and mortgages, real estate assessment, sales and tax information, and voter registration records just to name a few. The only requirements are a personal computer with a simple telephone connection, modem, and inexpensive communications software.
