If you or a friend is in need of services, you've come to the right place.
The Safe Harbour Case Management Program is a voluntary, strength based service offered to youth up until the age of 24. Our goal is to empower you with one-on-one mentoring services and/or group workshops that aim to provide education, skills, and support to help yourselves or to help others so that all youth can strive towards safe, meaningful, and successful lives!
